I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado.
I am a well-being and empowerment-focused therapist.
I’ve been in private practice since 2017. I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, and groups.
I’m a licensed professional counselor and nationally certified counselor with an advanced diploma in Compassion Focused Therapy.
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with honors, from the University of Chicago. Currently, I am a doctoral student and instructor in the Counselor Education and Supervision department at Adams State University. I’m also an adjunct instructor at Naropa University.
I’ve been a presenter and trainer at conferences, universities, schools, school districts, professional groups, and community events.
Before working in mental health, I worked as a nonprofit executive and community advocate.
