Hours & Fees
Why teletherapy?
I have experience providing in-person therapy, teletherapy, and a blend of the two. In my experience, nothing surpasses teletherapy for its combination of effectiveness, convenience, and accessibility.
My office hours are Wednesday through Friday, by appointment. My fee is $175 per session. A typical session is about 55 minutes long.
Anyone who pays for therapy out-of-pocket has access to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for any fees associated with therapy.
What is the time commitment?
Generally, therapy is once a week or every other week. The frequency and total number of sessions are things we can discuss, based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.
I offer several types of therapy. Most therapy ends when a goal or well-being is achieved. Short-term therapy can be helpful for situational support and basic coping skills. Some clients choose longer-term therapy for complex issues, deeper change, mental health maintenance, or personal growth.
What about insurance?
I am not on any insurance panels at this time. I am considered an out-of-network provider, with the exception of Modern Health EAP.
If you plan to use private insurance benefits, please let me know so we can establish a diagnosis at the beginning of therapy. Insurance requires a medical diagnosis.
I can provide you with supporting documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement directly to you.
